With Select set to
release the
Tri-Star Signature next week, trouble may be brewing for the card
company as copyright allegations surface. Several keen-eyed collectors
have pointed out that
Tri-Star is an established US based company
that not only operates the
National Sports Collectors Convention but already produces trading cards called “Tri-Star Signatures”.
What action (if any) Tri-Star intends to take remains unknown, but it
makes for interesting times ahead in the card collecting arena.
